๐งต I've been reading Oneness, The Trinity and Logic by Robert Herrmann, a mathematician who applied formal logic and model theory to questions about God. Here's what I've found so far, translated for a non-math audience. (1/9)
The Councils took real biblical data and synthesized โ but Herrmann's proof shows that synthesis was underdetermined. There were infinitely many other paths from the same starting point. That's worth sitting with. (9/9)
I want to publicly thank @tmansinho, who graciously provided a copy of this book I've been looking for after much frustration.
He is an amazing man with an amazing ministry. Truly, I wish to be like him when I grow up.
Again, thank you, brother ๐

Conservatives often criticize universities for failing to prepare students for jobs.
But that's like criticizing a library for failing to function as a gym.
The purpose of a university was never vocational training. It was always the pursuit and transmission of knowledge.
I am 52 years old. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I have no savings, no retirement, and will never own a home before I die.
And there is now a trillionaire.
Weird request, but I'm asking if anyone has a copy of this book and are willing to sell.
I was made aware of this book written by a Oneness mathematician in the 80s. The book gives a formal proof of Oneness using logic and model theory.
If anyone has a copy, please DM me ๐
I know it is a long shot request, but I had to at least check. Copies online are going for $100 , currently.
I wanted to see if anyone was willing to accept a more reasonable (but still generous) offer before I started saving my money for a few weeks ๐
