Really enjoyed working with the teachers on the @WarwickinAfrica Study Programme 2021! 🇬🇭🇹🇿🇿🇦 Plenty of reflection on what we learnt by teaching through the pandemic and how this has changed our classroom practice. A very inspiring group of teachers!

I've always wanted to design a teaching course based around TLAC, Rosenshine and NCETM - thank you @WarwickCTE for the opportunity to make it a reality! The students have produced some amazing video resources! Thanks to @Doug_Lemov @teacherhead @NCETMsecondary and many others!

'A Pacy Potpourri of Practices' from last week's CPD on online teaching. Thank you @Doug_Lemov and the team for the inspiration and ideas! Video here: youtu.be/hLrn9dIGW3k Slides here: drive.google.com/file/d/1AiF…

I'm a big fan of a 'Principle-Technique' approach to CPD. Evidence-based principles that have precision, scope and depth techniques that exemplify them in the classroom. Why and how. Just add @tombennett71's '10 principles of the classroom' for a potent teaching programme!
Rosenshine vs. TLaC @lawn_manor Presented this today in CPD briefing - a newly designed tool to use in conjunction with instructional coaching: a little bit of @Doug_Lemov , a sprinkle of Rosenhine and a side order of @teacherhead with lashings of #thelawnmanorway 🍒🌻🔟💭
