We’ve already been using this internally to track how load forecasts have been evolving in PJM ahead of next week’s extreme heat wave, which is currently forecasted to hit an all-time record high for load

Today was #2 all-time for batteries & #4 all-time for solar in ERCOT, per @grid_status. Demand exceeded 76,000 megawatts, well short of the June record, but those batteries were needed as 15,000 MW of gas & coal plants were offline today. Rare to see this many outages in June.
