The Children's Home, the Councillor, and the Missing Declaration. John Bolton was elected as a Reform UK councillor for Bretton ward in Peterborough in May 2026. He won by 60 votes. What voters were not told is that Bolton is a director of Pasture View Nurturing Homes Ltd, a children's home for young people with complex needs registered at 92 Linkside, Bretton, Peterborough. The same address he lists as his home on his council register of interests. Pasture View was never rated Good by Ofsted across four years of inspections. It was rated Inadequate twice. At its final inspection in January 2024, serious allegations were under investigation, sensitive police information had been mishandled, and the home had no registered manager. The home is now closed. The company's last filed accounts show a deficit of £495,000. Accounts for the following year are overdue. The company currently shows an active proposal to strike off on Companies House. A directorship is a disclosable pecuniary interest under the Localism Act 2011. Bolton's register of interests, published on 9 June 2026, declares Bretton Mobility and a musical band under employment and profit. Pasture View Nurturing Homes Ltd does not appear anywhere in the document. The Verified Receipts sent a right of reply to John Bolton before publication. No response was received.

Former teacher Jamie Varley has been found guilty of the murder, sexual assault, infliction of grievous bodily harm, and four counts of child cruelty relating to 13-month-old Preston Davey. His partner, John McGowan-Fazakerley, was also found guilty of allowing the death of a child, child cruelty, and sexual assault. The couple were in the process of adopting Preston. Just four months after being placed with them, Preston was taken to hospital unconscious and in cardiac arrest. Despite efforts to save him, he died. They will be sentenced on Thursday, 18th of June at Preston Crown Court.

Organised and attended by White supremacists. Step 3: Put all the influencers of your party to whine about "persecution" and "stochastic terrorism" against a "young patriot". Step 4: Return to step 1. This is perpetual self-victimisation. Every cycle, the same dehumanising vocabulary at others. Every cycle, the same whining about being persecuted.

You actually reduce crime by eliminating poverty. You reduce crime with universal healthcare, public housing, livable wages, and free college. You reduce violence by creating happy, healthy communities that aren’t constantly fighting over basic needs and material resources.
