Hey @Tesla I want to buy Solarglass from you. I really do. But the buying experience, while designed to simplify, has completely gotten in the way for me. I'll reconsider next year; I'd rather lose the 6% tax credit than move forward right now given my experiences to date.

I've been a big fan of @Delta for years. More grist for the mill - this note from their CEO stating unequivocally that you might lose your ability to fly with them in the future if you flaunt their safety requirements, e.g., choose not to wear a mask.
