By creating an inclusive environment, we can build a better world free of weight bias. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity and respect — from the moment they walk in the door to the second they walk out. - Joe Naglowski, @ObesityActionmedicaleconomics.com/view/st…
13 years ago today I had my gastric bypass surgery. 5 Days from now... aortic valve replacement. Tax deadlines seem to be the LEAST of my April worries.
My sister, a breast cancer survivor, mother of special needs twins (born at 25 weeks, 21 years ago), has self-published a book on managing fears and pursuing goals.. Fearless Action - amzn.to/3NVatd8
Tomorrow is my last day of work for.. a while. on top of training someone to fill in while I'm recovering, I'm also transitioning to an entirely new position. Been a heck of a "last week"
the next week or so is full of milestones... 8th will be 13years post bariatric surgery, 13th is 1 year with current employer and surgery date for valve replacement... alllll sorts of fun.
This is a Muppet Newsflash! Please be advised that tomorrow is #AprilFoolsDay. Beware of pranks, jokes, and misleading headlines. In fact, this may be a misleading headline. Oh dear!
it's Sunday, that means kitchen cleaning to prepare for tonight's cooking stream. grilling chicken, making quick breads and so much more... 5:30ish PM PDT... bit.ly/36WqyuX
