Now on the menu @skoshyork.... chalk stream trout - cured, poached and smoked with pink grapefruit, avocado and jalapeño 😋🐟🍊🥑🌶squid tapioca crackers on the side for dipping/loading/scooping 😆 whatever takes your fancy....we won’t judge! 😉
