We Indians are jugaadu. We celebrate taking shortcuts and no one gives a shit about the system.
The system turns into a shithole.
Why even have courts then? Why shouldn't we try to change the system itself so it can handle these situations?

If he had been arrested alive, his case would have been handled by the Juvenile Justice Board. He would have received a high-profile lawyer like Kapil Sibal, and even if convicted, he would have been sent to a juvenile reform home and released in just 3-4 years.
The UP Police did the right thing. Police forces in other states should follow the same approach for such criminals
