THE DOSSIER #15: Keir Rodney Starmer – The Blueprint A Palestinian ambassador stroked your arm on live television. Nuzzled close. Whispered into your ear. The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom stood paralysed while the world watched a foreign agent handle him like a marionette. That was not an incident. That was a portrait. The defining image of your premiership. The single frame that explained everything. Because you have always been someone else's instrument. Born 2 September 1962. Southwark. A toolmaker father. A nurse mother. Named after Keir Hardie because your parents wrote your career before you drew breath. Reigate Grammar. Leeds. Oxford. Harvard. LSE. The working-class costume tailored on Savile Row. You are not a self-made man. You are a manufactured one. The Fabian Society shaped you. The Trilateral Commission claimed you that secretive CIA-linked global elite network you joined while serving in Corbyn's shadow cabinet, off-the-record, accountable to no British voter. The networks you serve have never been British. The interests you protect never were. The Original Sin .......... You became Director of Public Prosecutions. Five years. The power to act. The duty to act. The evidence in front of you. You looked away. Rochdale, 2009. The CPS dropped charges against grooming gang suspects citing "victim credibility concerns." Twelve-year-old girls. Drugged. Raped. Trafficked. The institution you led called them unreliable witnesses to their own destruction. Jimmy Savile, same year. Case closed on your watch. "I wasn't told," you said. The Director of Public Prosecutions wasn't informed about Britain's most prolific paedophile. Either you lie or you were asleep. Both are disqualifying. Maggie Oliver, the whistleblower, the detective who saw the bodies, named your CPS as bearing "great responsibility" for the failures. She was there. She knew. She named you. You learned the technique that defines you in that decade: look away when looking away serves the careerist. Protect predators when prosecuting them is inconvenient. Choose institutional comfort over child safety. Every day since has been an application of that lesson. The Pattern Becomes Policy .......... December 2024. You appointed Peter Mandelson United States Ambassador. The official vetting warned you in writing of "general reputational risk" because of his Epstein ties. You knew Mandelson stayed at Epstein's property after Epstein served jail time for soliciting a minor for prostitution. You read every warning. You appointed him anyway. The man who shielded grooming gangs as DPP elevated a paedophile's friend to the highest diplomatic rank in the Atlantic alliance. This was not error. It was continuity. The same instinct, larger scale. September 2024. Ten million pensioners stripped of winter fuel payments. Up to £300 each. You sat in Number 10 while the elderly chose between food and heat. "We are fixing the foundations," you said. "It's the right thing to do." Then you took £100,000 from Lord Alli. Suits. Glasses. Concert tickets. A flat for your son. The Prime Minister who froze pensioners dressed in donated tailoring. "Let me be crystal clear," you said. You were never clear. You were calculated. February 2025. Chagos. British sovereign territory surrendered to Mauritius. £100 million per year for the privilege of being humiliated. You called it international law. The British people called it treason. March 2026. One hundred pages of files released. The New York Times, Reuters, Bloomberg, the Guardian, AP every serious newsroom on earth confirmed the receipts. You were warned. You proceeded. Mandelson now under police investigation for allegedly leaking government documents to a dead paedophile. April 20, 2026. You stood in the Commons and admitted you "inadvertently misled Parliament." Inadvertently. The barrister who built a career on precision. The man who wrote the 900-page Human Rights Act manual word by word. "Inadvertently." The weasel grammar of a guilty man hoping no one parses the verb. The Domestic Record .......... You ran two-tier policing and called the people who noticed it "far-right." You arrested grandmothers for tweets while gangs raped children in plain sight. You called working-class grief "thuggery." You called legitimate fear "Islamophobia." You called concern about borders "racism." You hiked employer National Insurance and killed fifty thousand jobs. You broke your own fiscal rules twice. Bond markets fled. Capital fled. Skilled workers fled. The economy you inherited at 1.5% growth you handed to recession. Your children attend private school. You live in grace-and-favour residences. You holiday in donor villas. You preach sacrifice from luxury you neither earned nor declared. You are the champagne socialist made flesh and the toolmaker's son is the costume you wear to the gala. The Verdict of Your Own Side .......... By May 2026, one hundred Labour MPs had publicly called for your resignation. The New York Times: "viscerally disliked." The Lowy Institute: "conclusively sapped of his authority." The party you led to landslide victory writes your obituary in public, in real time, before you have left the building. You are not betrayed by enemies. You are buried by allies. There is no clearer verdict in democratic politics. The Blueprint .......... You did one good thing for Britain, and you did it by accident. You gave us the manual. Every appointment must be reversed. Every policy must be unwound. Every institution you touched must be rebuilt. Your premiership is the instruction text for national destruction, and reading it backwards is the path home. You are not a Prime Minister. You are a warning carved into our recent history. The cautionary tale every future leader will be measured against. The negative reference point. The example of what one man can do to a nation when he serves Davos before Doncaster, donors before pensioners, ideology before instinct. The toolmaker's son who learned only to dismantle. The prosecutor who protected predators. The barrister who broke a country with words. The Prime Minister who stood paralysed while a foreign ambassador whispered orders into his ear, and the British people understood, in a single frozen frame, exactly what had happened to their country. We saw you, Sir Keir. The world saw you. History has seen you. And history does not forgive what it has seen. Your betrayal of Britain is now complete. Permanent exile awaits. Congratulations. You are The Dossier.

THE LITTLE ICE AGE - The real reason why climate has been warming of recent is entirely natural: it is because we are still emerging from The Little Ice Age. See painting of a frozen over Thames by Graham Turner. In the winter of 1683/84, the ice was almost a foot thick and the Thames remained frozen for weeks. Boats were fitted with skates and stalls set up with food, shops and games. The Little Ice Age (LIA) was a period of significant regional cooling, particularly in Europe, characterized by harsh winters, and expanded glaciers. Winter temperatures in Europe dropped as much as 2°C below modern averages. The event lasted from roughly 1300 to 1850, spanning nearly 500 years. It is generally divided into phases: an initial cooling around 1300, a slightly warmer period in the 1500s, and the coldest interval between 1645 and 1715 (known as the Maunder Minimum). The LIA was primarily triggered by the Grand Solar Minima, which caused reduced solar irradiance, and therefore cooling. We are still emerging from the Little Ice Age, and that is the only reason some areas are warmer than centuries ago. This has very little to do with CO2 and everything to do with the Sun. To put it simply, both the activity of the Sun and the Sun-Earth distance changes, and this modulates the amount of both solar irradiance and solar radiation, which affects clouds, and this combined change is what leads to long term changes in climatic temperatures. It's definitely not CO2 causing any of this.

A freedom of information request has revealed that, once again, the UK Met Office has been publishing temperatures from weather stations that don't even exist. "The numbers were actually coming from a model that was inventing data from phantom neighbouring stations." "This is the foundation of the UK's climate record."

Since the 1980s, the Sahara has shrunk by roughly 8%. Satellite data show widespread greening, a pattern that is playing out across the planet. Around 50% of Earth's vegetated land has become significantly greener, an area roughly three times the size of the United States. The dominant driver is not rainfall or land use change, it is rising atmospheric CO2. Higher CO2 lets plants photosynthesize more efficiently, they lose less water, they tolerate heat and dryness better. The effect is strongest along desert margins, across the Sahel, the Middle East, Australia's interior and the southern edge of the Sahara. Rising CO2 is making the deserts, and the planet as a whole, greener.

The term 'climate emergency' is everywhere. Media says it, politicians repeat it, schools teach it. But the science never actually mentions it. A full text search of the IPCC's flagship science report shows that while 'climate change' is mentioned more than 5,200 times, and 'global warming' almost 2,000 times, alarmist terms such as 'climate emergency,' 'climate crisis' or 'climate breakdown' receive precisely zero mentions. Not a single one. The report is written by physical scientists. It points to the data, mechanisms and the uncertainties. The crisis language comes from activists and the media, not from the science they claim to cite. There is no climate emergency, even the IPCC says so.

Conventional wisdom says that leaving the European Union has harmed the British economy. Listen to almost any Brexit debate – over the airwaves or on the professional conference circuit – and it’s invariably taken for granted being outside the EU has done serious economic damage. Now we're in June, and as the 23rd approaches – the ten-year anniversary of that hotly-contested, era-defining referendum – this message will be rammed home again and again. But it simply isn’t true. TWO LEADING PRINCETON, MIT SCIENTISTS SAY EPA CLIMATE REGULATIONS BASED ON A ‘HOAX’: "William Happer, Professor Emeritus in physics at Princeton University, and Richard Lindzen, Professor Emeritus of atmospheric science at MIT: “The unscientific method of analysis, relying on consensus, peer review, government opinion, models that do not work, cherry-picking data and omitting voluminous contradictory data, is commonly employed in these studies and by the EPA in the Proposed Rule. All of the models that predict catastrophic global warming fail the key test of the scientific method: they grossly overpredict the warming versus actual data. The scientific method proves there is no risk that fossil fuels and carbon dioxide will cause catastrophic warming and extreme weather. Climate models such as the ones that the EPA is using have been consistently wrong for decades in predicting actual outcomes. To illustrate his point, he presented the EPA with a table showing the difference between those models’ predictions and the observed data." The Epoch Times

Not 1°C of warming has been reduced. Not one life was saved. Not 1 ppm of CO₂ has been avoided. The total climate price tag by 2050 will be $275 trillion—amounting to $9.2 trillion every single year (McKinsey, 2022). That staggering total is roughly 2.5 times the entire annual GDP of the world. Not one life has been saved from a changing climate that could have been better protected by leaving cheap, reliable, traditional energy in place. This is the ultimate belief gap, and it's staggering. While the UN chased a global wealth redistribution bonanza, the cost to our future has been colossal. Imagine a world we could have built if that capital hadn't been poured into a failed ideology. The UN wealth redistribution scheme didn't save the planet, it funded a new, fabulously wealthy, bureaucratic class. Reality is finally calling in the debt.

“I have a brilliant net zero plan. We are surrounded by natural energy resources, but let’s ignore that and buy £40 billion of oil and gas from Norway, which comes from the same sea that we share with them. Let’s spend £11.6 billion on overseas climate aid. Let’s spaff away £30bn on carbon capture machines. Let’s ban gas boilers and put in heat pumps. Let’s end new coal mining licenses and spend millions of pounds for foreign coal to keep Britain's last steel plant running. Let’s plaster solar panels on farmland, but also spend £50 million on sun dimming experiments. We will do this in a country that has the fifth least annual sunlight hours. And we will end up with the most expensive industrial electricity prices in the developed world. But shhh…let’s not talk about how much energy and water is required to power those massive AI data centres…”

Parliament voted. The government promised. Scotland Yard has now been handed a veto. The Cabinet Office was days away from releasing a nine-page UKSV document — the summary file that recommended Mandelson be denied the highest security clearance. It was going to be in the second tranche of Mandelson files. Now it won’t be. Police say releasing it could “jeopardise a future prosecution.” Think carefully about what that actually means. The document exists. Parliament ordered its release. The Intelligence and Security Committee has demanded it. And yet a nine-page file — already reviewed, already summarised in part by the PM at the dispatch box — is being buried behind a police advisory that cannot be scrutinised or challenged. This is not transparency. This is the architecture of a cover-up wearing a law enforcement costume. The same government that told parliament it was “committed to complying with the humble address in full” is now using Scotland Yard as a human shield to block the very document parliament most wants to see. How much longer will Labour MPs betray their duty and stay quiet about this?

Muhammed Amaad has not been acquitted. That distinction matters enormously and the media coverage is blurring it almost completely. Two juries failed to reach a verdict. That is not the same as innocence. It means twelve people — twice — could not unanimously agree on what happened. The CPS has now declined a third trial, citing the cost and difficulty of achieving a verdict after two hung juries. PC Lydia Ward had her nose broken. That is a fact that cannot be litigated away. Amaaz was convicted — of assaulting Ward and another female officer, and a member of the public. He faces sentencing on June 26. His brother walks with no conviction against his name. Meanwhile the judge referred Farage — a man who forced this case to trial in the first place — to the Attorney General for calling it what it was. We are being asked to accept a justice system where the man who broke a policewoman’s nose gets sentenced, his brother walks on a technicality of jury disagreement, and the politician who made the prosecution happen faces scrutiny for saying the words “two-tier justice.” Does anyone still wonder why public trust in institutions is collapsing?

In 2016, the Netherlands Meteorological Institute adjusted temperatures at De Bilt, the country's main climate station. Daily maximums from 1901 to 1950 were lowered by up to 1.9C, which removed 16 of 23 heatwaves from the record. The altered data were then used to claim modern heatwaves were unprecedented. Four researchers challenged the changes, but the institute dismissed the criticism, so the analysis went to peer review. In 2021, it was published, conclusively demonstrating the method systematically erased historical heat extremes. Today, the Meteorological Institute has quietly changed its approach, and as a result, seven erased heatwaves have been restored, including the extreme summer of 1947. Here again, we have a government agency caught rewriting climate history. The Netherlands Meteorological Institute erased heatwaves of the past, ignored critics, and reinstated the truth only when the evidence became impossible to ignore. Policies were built on that manipulated record. Dutch farmers lost livelihoods. Industry and the wider economy paid the price. But accountability is coming.

THE SUN IS WHAT DRIVES TEMPERATURE ON EARTH, NOT CO2! The warming from the Sun is cyclical, it's NOT constant. The distance of where you are from the Sun is constantly changing because both the Earth's orbit around the Sun is irregular and the Sun itself wobbles due to the combined gravitational pull of all the planets together. Look at the Schwabe solar cycle of 11 years, the Jose solar cycle of solar Inertial Motion of 179 years, Eddy Solar Cycle of 1000 years, the Bray-Halstatt Cycles of 2300-2500 years, then look into the three Milankovitch Cycles. Short to medium term climate change: Solar Inertial Motion: the combined mass of the planets also moves the position of the Sun through their combined gravitational pull, meaning the Sun moves around following the ever moving barycentre of the Solar system rather than being in a fixed central point in the middle Solar System. That is the key thing to understand: the Sun is moving around, wobbling in spiral like motion as it travels, it is not stationary. Once you understand that all medium term climate change can be explained simply because of the Sun's changing distance from the Earth. None of this has anything to do with humans. None of this has anything to do with CO2. The models of the Solar System you grew up believing as a child were gross over simplifications. They conditioned you to believe that the Solar system has a fixed Sun position with a regular Sun activity with regular orbits, of which the Earth is one. Yet that is not the reality: not only the earth both tilts and wobbles as it orbits, but the orbit is a changing ellipse not a perfect circle, meaning the distance from the Sun is not constant. These are the three Milankovitch cycles. Also other planets have irregular orbits. The combined effect of all these irregular orbits together pulls the Sun off centre of the solar system into the barycentre. A wobbling Sun is the real reason for short to medium term climate change, and an irregular earth orbit, tilt and wobble is the reason for long term climate change. And this is just the beginning of the story of irregularity in the Earth's orbit around the Sun, then there are cycles of Sun activity, making it stronger and weaker according to how close to the 11 year cycle of magnetic poles flip it is, next being in 2024, and how many Sun spots & Solar flares we are exposed to. Then you need to factor volcanic activity, the Hunga-Tonga Hunga underwater volcanic eruption of January 2022 increased the water vapour in the stratosphere by 10%, this in itself will cause considerable warming of the planet in most regions. It's definitely not a simplistic neat black and white story of CO2, a minor greenhouse gas, as 95% of the earth's greenhouse gases are constituted by water vapour instead. Humans have no power to determine either the orbit of the Earth around the Sun or the Sun's internal & external activity, or the water vapour in the atmosphere. Life adapts much more easily to higher temperatures and increases in CO2, particularly plants, vegetation, trees, plankton& phytoplankton, than it does to decreases in CO2. The real danger is a decrease of CO2, and a decrease in temperature, not an increase in either. Once again, we have been deceived by a systematically corrupt scientific funding system linked to oligarchs interests. CO2 was always a control knob for economic prosperity, not climate.

Keir Starmer has openly declared war on British patriotism itself. The Prime Minister has now threatened that anyone involved in putting up Union Jacks or St George’s flags will “feel the full force of the law” and be dealt with within a week. This isn’t some off-the-cuff remark – it’s an official position from the man supposedly leading our country. While grooming gangs destroy young British lives, knife crime spirals out of control, and military-age migrants pour across the Channel unchecked, Starmer’s top priority is cracking down on ordinary people who dare to fly the flags of their own nation. Native Brits showing pride in England or the Union are now treated as the real threat, while foreign flags, certain communities and imported sensitivities get a free pass under two-tier everything. The message from Number 10 couldn’t be clearer: loving your country, celebrating your identity and displaying the symbols that represent everything Britain stands for makes you a criminal in Starmer’s Britain. He hates British people. He hates our history, our culture, our flags and our fundamental right to be proud of who we are. This level of contempt for the native population is breathtaking and unforgivable. The British people did not vote for a government that treats patriotism as extremism and national pride as a hate crime. The mask has slipped completely – this is anti-British authoritarianism dressed up as governance. Enough is enough. The British public is waking up fast. Time to reject this regime before they criminalise the very idea of being British.
