For me, we don't need to be silly with spending large sums on transfer fees. We've proved, in the main, that we can recruit successfully within our target budgets.
A couple of tweaks for L1 for me would be
a) Less loans
b) More focus on established rather than potential players

The safe standing at Wembley, are they removing the seats or does it mean you can stand even though the seats are there?
Was trying to hold on for level 2 tickets but looking at it I don't think we'll get there so thought the safe standing area might be best bet
