Trying to book flight EIN-GRO with @Ryanair for my family of 6. Keep running into trouble with payment despite 2 working bank accounts (iDeal) and AMEX, both via website and app. Helpdesk gives automatic replies that are not helpful...😡Quick reply or book elsewhere @askryanair

So far, @Ryanair keeps asking me to provide booking numbers and ticket numbers. Which I DO NOT have because their booking system does not work. This help desk is really a pain…

Observational studies suggest that adequate dietary potassium intake may be renoprotective. This study found that in patients with CKD stage G3b-4, increasing dietary potassium intake to recommended levels raises plasma potassium by 0.4 mmol/L bit.ly/j2022020147
