Most young athletes aren’t underperforming. They’re under-fueled. 5–10% of performance… gone Just from not eating hydrating properly. Over time, that’s a huge gap. Fueling isn’t extra. It’s part of training.

For many young pitchers, confidence rises and falls with results. Strike = good. Ball = bad. But the real confidence builder is learning the equation behind the pitch. A simple cue. A repeatable movement. Something they can control. When athletes focus on the equation, the game slows down — and the strikes usually show up.
