FAMILY FEARS FOR VULNERABLE BRITISH WOMAN LUCY STEMP WHO VANISHED IN FRANCE AFTER MUSIC FESTIVAL TRIP Lucy Stemp from Tonbridge in Kent has not been heard from for over a week after travelling to Brest France for a music festival. She was last spotted in the Bercy neighbourhood of Paris on May 30 2026. Her stepdad Sean described her as very vulnerable and the family have reported her missing saying she has no means to return home. The British Embassy French police and Interpol are now involved in the search with public appeals for information on her whereabouts. The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office confirmed it is supporting the family and in contact with local authorities.
