Highlighting the importance of coordination to implement the SG's Call to Action, @LopezEkra points out at #AFSD2024: 'Our strength lies in regional collaboration.' With 11 national pathways and 17 Convenors in the region, it's time to unify for #FoodSystems transformation.

On February 26, I submitted the “Lebanon Food System Transformation Pathway: Building Back Better - The Recovery of a Fragile Food System” to @FoodSystems. This comprehensive document, resulting from months of dialogues, consultations and research with diverse stakeholders, serves as a #roadmap for a sustainable, resilient, and inclusive future for Lebanon’s food system. It outlines key #themes and implementation measures, acting as a #living document and a framework for policymakers, practitioners, and stakeholders. The pathway draws from Sustainable Development Goals, expert recommendations, and National Development Strategies. Progress tracking will be followed through #Key_Performance_Indicators; financing details will be a focus in the upcoming period, requiring further consultations with national and international partners.
