Yes, news outlets try to spin a story that people hate Ferrari Luce because it is an EV. That's not why people hate it. It looks hideous. No Ferrari cues at all.
There's plenty of great looking performance EVs out there, like the Rimac Nevera R, which also holds 20 records.

SLS vs. Saturn V, a real time comparison.
Saw a comparison yesterday using my video on the left at 50% speed. Here's a proper comparison with both rockets launching at their real speeds.
You'll notice SLS is significantly faster off the pad because of the dual massive SRBs!

People. We don't need all motorsport to chase the same goals. Diversity in regs is awesome. Let's enjoy it.
The new F1 regs are great. They could benefit from adjustments for sure, but they proved themselves today.
The whole concept is wrong.
F1 should be about maximum performance.
For example: minimum car weight without hybrid or electric. If the team WANTS to add the electric to add performance that’s on top of the minimum weight. They would add only if adds performance.
The whole criterium for the rule definition and the axioms used are wrong .

Does the current concept need a bit of work? Sure. But these cars kick the shit out of the previous ones and it was nice to see drivers actually able to race each other and overtake, rather than sit in a DRS parade.
This is better. Not perfect, but better. It was a fun race. #F1

I think we criticised these regulations too early….
They’ll get on top of this, but the reality is cars nobody understands how optimise yet is clearly producing better racing.

Simple:
1. More strictly controlled cost cap.
2. 1960's-era engineering freedom, only make the rule book even thinner: basically set the outer dimensions of the car, and other than that- let them go wild.
