As an Italian I know that we have always been a people of migrants. We crossed the oceans in search for a better life. Now it's our turn to welcome people. Boats full of "migrants" are boats full of people. "Migrant children" are children. @nytimes this is about you too, front page today: "migrant smuggling" = human smuggling. Words make worlds, as the rabbis say. An everyday civilizational, spiritual discipline we can all practice.
