I'm honestly shocked how many people still think this tariff plan is a good idea. Not the utility of tariffs in general, but this specific plan.

Just had a call to let me know that my neighbour has died.
She had no-one so I’ve been supporting her for years & sitting with her in hospital for the last 6 weeks
She left no will & it’s not clear if she had relatives anywhere. It feels important to say her name: Shirley
