I finally got the most recent covid booster today. Iāve been putting it off because I donāt have insurance. Without insurance, the shot costs $190. š« This is such a crime, it should be free.
Listening to the new @serial about Guantanamo and it gets right to the point: we put people in prison without knowing who they were and with no path to releasing them. Listen to the show! nytimes.com/interactive/2024ā¦
I appreciate that this show makes it very clear in episode one that we are breaking international law at Guantanamo and features voices of prisoners. So much other media about Guantanamo is framed around the wrong question, āIDK is this right or wrong?!ā

Social media sites have a lot of profit-driven limitations and censorship, so we felt that there really needs to be an independent site dedicated to publishing and preserving comics about what's happening right now.
Through comics, we can shape the narratives told about ourselves and our worldāand in that way, we hope to provoke change. cartoonistsforpalestine.org/
