yet literal, admitted murder has the positive side effect of "increased discussion" as long as the victim's homeless
My position on the killing of Jordan Neely is that while the killing itself -- which seems like it will probably be prosecuted as manslaughter -- is as bad as any homicide, the increased discussion about involuntary long-term institutionalization is a needed and useful one.
