The Pune #Porsche Murders is just the latest example of how justice & law is a joke for the rich and powerful.
Like many other such cases - accused Vedant Agarwal got bail in 15 hours & the police allegedly was already working to dilute the case. Had it not been for the public outrage - this case would have been buried by now.
Will we - for once - find our voice & spine as citizens - to demand some basic justice?

14 people got crushed to death in #Mumbai yesterday; the hoarding that fell on them was THREE TIMES the allowed dimensions & NINE TIMES the allowed area....NINE TIMES.
It was even in the #Limca Books of Records.
Yet no #bulldozer brought it down - no action to dismantle it - just passing the buck by the BMC - till people died.
Downing in the rain, being stuffed into trains, being crushed by hoardings - till when will we allow politicians to treat us like insects?
