A small correction on the subs at the end. Donnie doesn't say "I'll cover my eyes". He saying the Chinese title of the film "火遮眼" which is a Cantonese saying literally translating to "fire covers eyes". It means when someone is blinded by emotions and acts out of anger.😁

Thanks for the comments. Obviously a film we can opine on and discuss. Have you seen The Mission? I agree it avoids overt dogma, but still having Scorsese's point of view. A really good balancing act.
