Proud to be a co-author on this important project on #tracheostomy and #SARSCoV2 transmission . @McMasterSurgery @UofT_OHNS @JAMAOto
Enhanced #PPE in #tracheostomy is associated with low #SARSCoV2 transmission. Early tracheostomy is associated with reduced ICU stay. Conclusions are limited by the observational nature of the current #COVID19 literature ja.ma/3foJqHV @McMasterSurgery

Really proud that this project came to fruition after years of work! We found Rhinology/skull base surgery are noisy/OR team members are negatively impacted by noise in the OR! We also provided simple ways to reduce noise in the OR. #AmJRhinolAllergy @McMasterSurgery @McMasterU
