Disgraceful. The problem is with the incompetent @NYCTSubway management and @MTA board who are all utterly incompetent and should be fired. Did I see any management or board member actually on the job during this mess? Of course not.

We've addressed the problem with our signaling system that caused significant disruptions to 1/2/3/4/5 trains and delays on 6 trains.
1/2/3/4/5 trains are running with severe delays. 6 trains are experiencing delays, but not to the same degree.
Use A/B/C/D trains and local buses while we work to get trains back on schedule.
