It is weird how many people do upvote or downvote random comments of a random post.

I hit $10K MRR in under 30 days. 70% margins. No paid ads. No VC money. No audience. Most founders try influencer marketing and quit. The deals are unprofitable or impossible to scale. Here's what actually works: ↓ $30-50 per post. 3-5 creators to start. One simple funnel. That's it. I documented every step in a free PDF. Like Repost Comment 'MRR' and I'll send it over. Make sure to follow so I can DM you.

75% of salespeople quit after one call. 52% never make a second. Your competition literally eliminates itself. The fortune is in the follow-up.

Here are 17 different ways to get clients. We actively do all of these, so I know they work. 1. Cold Email at Volume Not 100 emails. 1,000 per day. With clean data and a direct offer. This still works. 2. YouTube with Lead Magnets Make videos that solve problems, rank them for search terms, and link a lead magnet below. Free leads forever. 3. Paid Ads to a VSL Funnel Film a simple selfie ad with an intriguing hook and value proposition clearly starting your offer. Build a simple page with a VSL on it. Send cold traffic and book calls while you sleep. 4. Cold DMs (with context) Generate an in-depth and actually researched proposal of what you could do for somebody. Be very specific & in depth. 5. Free Mini Audit Offer a free teardown of their ads/site/funnel. Show gaps. Then sell the fix. 6. Dream 100 Free Work Identify 100 “whale” clients. Create a personalized asset for each. Send it to them on every platform until you get a response. 7. Create a Swipe File Bundle your best ads, emails, sales pages, whatever. Give it away in exchange for leads. 8. Run a Challenge Teach one outcome live. Build authority. Pitch your offer at the end. 9. Run a Referral Contest Reward clients (or even followers) for sending you leads. Make the incentives sufficiently high to actually get people to do it. 10. Go Hard on Twitter/X Build a following by dropping actually useful & insightful content daily. This is literally what turning cold traffic to warm is. 11. DM New Followers But do it to build actual relationships. You probably need to know more people. 12. Host a Webinar Spin up a quick 1 hour class that gives a ton of value & explains how to get a result. Pitch offer that accelerates them getting that result. 13. Build a $17 Offer Sell a mini product that solves ONE pain point. Gets buyers on your list. Upsell them other stuff. 14. Cross-Sell Existing Clients They already trust you. Offer them either additional services or expansions that improve results or reduce effort. Do it on your next client check-in call. 15. Partner with Someone Who Already Has Your Clients Find complementary service providers and do joint deals or cross-promos. 16. Run a Case Study Campaign Highlight 1 specific client win. Send traffic to an opt-in to get the case study. Follow up via email & texting/calling. 17. Retargeting Content Ads Run cheap ads to warm audiences showcasing value (not selling). Stay top of mind until they’re ready to buy. Retweet this post to save a life

The combo of software engineering marketing skills is incredibly powerful. You understand both how to build great products and how to get them in front of the right people. That's rare and valuable.

If I had to reset at zero and reach $100k/mo as fast as possible, this is a general framework that I would follow: 1. Start with Case Studies Your income is directly proportional to how many case studies you have. If you’re starting from scratch, you should work for free or performance-based to build them. I did this for three months when I started. You need to show quantifiable results that are 5-10x what you want to charge. For example, if you want to charge $5K/month, you need to prove you can generate $25k-$50K/month in value for your clients. 2. Create a Direct Offer Once you have case studies, turn your service into an irresistible offer. This means crafting something that solves a specific problem for a specific audience with a clear ROI. Add a guarantee to remove risk for the client. For example, “We’ll help you generate $50K in new revenue in 90 days, or you don’t pay”. My first agency was an Instagram growth agency. I guaranteed followers gained. SPECIFIC QUANTIFIABLE RESULT. 3. Leverage Cold Outreach Cold email and cold DMs are your bread and butter until you hit $20K-$30K/month. This is where the grind happens. You’re sending a TON of outreach - like hundreds of emails and DMs daily - to get your offer in front of the right people. You can use tools like ListKit to mass scrape leads. If you lack funds, then you need to spend your time instead. This is a huge problem I see with people: they don't have or don't want to spend their money, but they also refuse to use their time. If you're not willing to manually message people for 3 hours per day OR invest money, then there's no hope for you. 4. Build Sales Assets You need a video sales letter (VSL) on your website, SEO-optimized content (like tutorials or case studies), and other assets that build trust and convert leads. These assets work for you 24/7, so you’re not relying solely on manual outreach. An example of a sales asset is when you're on the phone with a prospect and they ask you a question. Then you find other prospects keep asking the same question. So you make a document that answers that question, and then also record a video of you going over that document & posting it on YouTube. 5. Systematize and Hire Once you’re at $30K-$50K/month, this is generally where you want to start hiring commission-based closers (10-15% commission). Building systems for client fulfillment should happen much earlier. I normally find that it's profoundly stressful (borderline impossible) to get past $20k/mo without properly building out delivery systems and hiring people on the fulfillment team. This frees up your time to focus on lead generation and scaling. Hire backwards: fulfillment first, then sales, then marketing. 6. Scale with Paid Ads When you’re consistently hitting $30K-$80K/month and have a solid profit margin (60-80%), it’s time to pump the closers’ calendars with more calls using paid ads. By this point, you should have $100K liquid cash in the bank and be 80% removed from client fulfillment. This is when you start buying traffic to scale faster. The problem with starting ads too early is you freak out when you don't immediately sign clients, because ads are expensive. 7. Optimize and Repeat Scaling to $100K/month isn’t just about getting more clients, it’s about keeping them, and maximizing LTV. Focus on high-LTV clients, streamline your operations, and continuously improve your offer. Your profit margins should stay strong, and you should be reinvesting in your business to keep growing. What you really want to be doing here is launching new offers, creating new front-end cold traffic offers, and building out deep upsell systems that severely extend LTV and induce reactivations. You repeat the same process over and over again for every offer. These are now your "product lines" or "business segments." We'll be going over how to actually DO a lot of this in next week's Get Clients Challenge. So if you want to build a front-end cold traffic offer and scale it with cold outreach, you should 100% get a ticket before the checkout closes: clientascension.com/get-clie…
