Should a company be allowed to offer subscription sign ups online but make cancellations only available over the phone? The FTC says no.
We agree and believe it's dark patterns like these that erode trust online.

The idea that software engineering depends on mathematical aptitude is a pernicious, deeply held, widespread myth.
It discourages people from seeing computers as things they can control, and contributes to everything you don't like about how tech fits into society today.

One of the exciting thing about this year's #bcphilly was seeing all these talks take shape without a physical "home". An added benefit? Attendees get to take some of that ❤️ with them! But only for a limited time!
