Cancelling an invoicing software subscription because the provider switched the account to a "free" trial for a new higher priced tier.
When businesses do this I lose trust in them. They always have great rationalizations of how it's in the customer's best interest, but I lose loyalty and trust when this happens regardless of the company's good intentions.
