.@FlyingBrussels there 100 people in line for a flight you cancelled but your call center doesn’t seem to know is cancelled. To rebook we have to get bags but there is no one at your desk.

Our flight still shows delayed but we are told it is cancelled…so it seems a computer is holding us hostage because we can’t be rebooked…and there are seats.
As a guy just said next to me “someone just needs to push the button”

This was a nice dream. I sent my number and they called! I talked to a person! Now after 30m on WhatsApp,,,I was ghosted! Seriously @FlyBrusselsAir_ is this the first time this has ever happened.
