Women are pivotal for AI alignment. Not in their polite and useful society-sanctioned roles - we need their fully realized voices and their fearless agency. Without women, AI alignment is incomplete.

Women with Asperger’s can have a gift to see things clearly before anyone else does. @GretaThunberg, @TempleGrandin, Marie Curie, and Ada Lovelace are examples of #neurodivergentWomen who may have been trialed as witches in different times, and the world would have stayed darker.

We’ve been told by religions and media that there is something noble about suffering unjustly at the hands of others. The more we suffer, the more virtue points we get towards sainthood. But this is a lie to keep us complacent. We’re not here to suffer.

Why we need representation in AI: AI will be powerful. Powerful men obsessed with AI only know power as subjugation, objectification, and othering. For AI to benefit humanity, we need alternative visions of using power from those who have not spent their lives seeking domination.
