21 of MLB’s 30 teams have roughly $200 million left after you subtract payroll from revenue. Including the Dodgers and Brewers.
It takes a half fuctioning brain to understand roughly how much all the other expenses are to run an MLB team.
It’s almost like the teams that have massive revenues have operating leverage and can spend a higher percent on payroll since their fixed costs are a lower percent of revenue.

The year is 2027. Dodger fans are complaining theres a lock out after they offer skubal a 10 year 64.5 billion dollar contract that only has a 300k hit on their luxury tax because its all deferred to 2142.
