After 33 days, Mortify is back. 😭❤️ Thank you @TeamYouTube for ultimately reviewing my case. I never lost faith in the process — I just needed someone to actually look. To every creator still fighting — stay respectful, keep pushing. It gets resolved. 🙏 @YouTubeCreators #YouTube #YouTubeMonetization

Ongoing demonetization with no detailed justification. 🥀 I produce fully original animated content, yet it has been flagged by @TeamYouTube for "inauthentic content." This has resulted in withheld earnings and repeated automated replies. All I ask is for one member of the team to personally watch my videos. This Is Obviously Not A Human Response. "Human Here!" Hey @TeamYouTube, for 31 DAYS you have kept my channel demonetized with 297K subscribers and 231M views. You haven't pointed out a single specific video. You haven't shown me exactly what the violation is. You just threw a vague "inauthentic content" tag at me and called it a day. WHERE is the violation? Show me exactly which video. Explain it properly. I animate EVERYTHING from scratch in Roblox Studio. Every script is mine. Every scene is mine. Every edit is mine. There is no template. There is no mass production. Yet your bots rejected my appeal without a single human watching it. A "manager" reached out only to send the same copy-paste email thousands of creators already received. And now I can no longer even contact support. I do NOT want another automated reply. I want ONE real human to watch my channel and tell me EXACTLY what the problem is. Is that really too much to ask? @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan @YouTube #YouTube #YouTubeMonetization #CreatorSupport

YouTube DEMONETIZED my channel with 296K SUBSCRIBERS. My Channel: youtube.com/@Mortifyman Every single video starts with MY idea, scripted by ME, animated by ME in Roblox Studio, and edited by ME from scratch. No templates, no recycled content, nothing copied from anyone. Yet YouTube decided my content is "Inauthentic." I submitted an unlisted video appeal showing my entire creative process. The response I got from support? A copy-paste reply that thousands of creators receive word for word. Not one thing specific to MY channel. There are so many creators who put SO MUCH WORK into what they do, only for YouTube to push them away. I didn't start Mortify for the money. I started it because it's my passion. 296K people subscribed because they genuinely love the content. That's not inauthentic. That's real. @TeamYouTube I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm just asking for ONE real human to actually look at my channel. 28 days demonetized and counting. @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan #YouTube #YouTubeMonetization #CreatorSupport

I am devastated💔 In 4 months, I hit 283K subs & 200M views. It was life-changing. Now, @TeamYouTube demonetized me for "mass-produced" content. I am not a bot. I am a creator. They are also withholding my $11K March earnings. This is my livelihood. Please help fix this injustice

Hey @TeamYouTube, is this some kind of sick joke? For 36 DAYS, you have kept my 1M subscriber channel demonetized! You haven't pointed out a single mistake. You haven't highlighted a specific video. You just vaguely threw a "violation" tag at me. @YouTube @nealmohan @Google

@TeamYouTube YouTube AI appears to be identifying errors caused by YouTube AI itself. Potential System Bug Report: AI-Generated Metadata Issues & Misclassification I am reporting what appears to be a serious system-level issue affecting my Korean-language content. Observed Issues: 1. Unexpected metadata changes: My videos appear to have language-related settings applied that I did not manually configure, which may have affected targeting. Audience mismatch & performance drop: After auto-generated English dubbing was applied, my content seems to have been exposed to non-Korean audiences, resulting in a sharp drop in retention and overall performance. Possible misclassification: Due to this mismatch between original Korean content and system-generated elements, my channel may have been incorrectly flagged under “reused/inauthentic content.” This suggests the possibility of a programmatic or system-driven misclassification, rather than an actual policy violation. Policy Concern: I would also appreciate clearer and more specific reasoning, in line with transparency expectations such as those referenced in the 2019 KFTC corrective measures. I respectfully request: A thorough human review Verification of metadata and language settings Re-evaluation of the monetization decision I can provide additional data if needed. Thank you for your time and support. #YouTube #TeamYouTube #Creators #Monetization #YouTubeBug #ContentPolicy

It’s been over 20 days now since I was mistakenly terminated by YouTube for spam, scam and deceptive practices. It’s been a mentally challenging time for me. 5 months ago, I had started my channel, excited for what lay ahead. I created history and political content. Very quickly I received 60 million plus views and was monetised by February. I went on holiday at the start of April, looking forward to thinking of new video ideas and what I could bring to YouTube. A few days into my holiday, I was struck by a reused content. I thought nothing of it. I cobbled up a video response whilst on holiday, and submitted it. The same day, the appeal was accepted. I thought, I have proven to YouTube that my content is legit, I won’t have any problems now. Just 4 days later, on the 7th of April, I upload a video whilst on holiday. Next thing I know my whole channel was gone. Scam, spam and deceptive practices was the reason. I was perplexed. I have NEVER engaged in activity that violates YouTube’s Terms of Service. I tried to appeal, I’ll admit I accidentally hit appeal whilst still writing my response. A few hours later, it was denied. Since then, all I’ve got is automated responses from YouTube. No specifics, just the same copy and paste answers on Twitter, on live chat and by email. All I want is a human review. That’s all I want. I’m pleading, please reinstate my channel. I have done absolutely nothing wrong. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeInsider

Hey @TeamYouTube, my channel Mortify was demonetized with no clear explanation. Day 27 of Demonetization. This is a 100% original channel. Every script is written by me. Every animation is custom-made in Roblox Studio. I am a solo creator behind every single video. There is nothing reused, nothing AI-generated, nothing recycled. This is real work by a real person. Under the EU Digital Services Act (Articles 14, 15, 17, and 20), I am entitled to a detailed, specific written explanation of why this decision was made. Not a generic template. I'm requesting a human review of my channel. That's all I ask. Channel: youtube.com/@Mortifyman Evidence: youtu.be/gYQQfUvTgtQ

Look YouTube, you've destroyed the income source for 300 individuals, possibly thousands. We've compiled a spreadsheet for you to look at the damage that you've done to your creators. docs.google.com/spreadsheets…

I need to be transparent about what's happening to my channel @Mortifyman. 💔 In just 5 months, I built it to 293K subscribers and 229M views. Completely from scratch. I write every script myself. I animate every single video. I edit everything. Then on April 2, 2026, @TeamYouTube flagged my channel for "Inauthentic Content" and "mass-produced" videos. My monetization was removed. My March earnings were withheld. I appealed. It was rejected in hours. I contacted YouTube Support. Their specialists copy-pasted a response and ended the chat in under 60 seconds. They couldn't even provide an exact reason for the demonetization. I keep getting automated replies over and over again. I made an unlisted video with my voice, face, and a public video showing my entire creation process proof that every video is handmade. I sent it to support. Still no real response. Public Video: youtu.be/gYQQfUvTgtQ I am a real person. This channel is my livelihood. I support my family with this. And right now I have nothing. No income, no answers, and no one's willing to actually look at my case. 25 days demonetized and counting. All I'm asking for is a fair, human review. That's it. @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan #YouTube #YouTubeMonetization

I am not a bot. This is frustrating. I write every script. I animate every video. I built Mortify from nothing. Yet @TeamYouTube calls my work "mass-produced." My earnings are withheld. My channel is dead silent. All I'm asking for is someone to actually look at my case properly. 24 days demonetized. @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan

#stopstealingfromcreators YouTube has basically taken around $2000 from me after demonetizing my channel without giving any exact reason. In the screenshot you can only see about $900, but that’s because after demonetization the earnings stopped updating, so based on my actual performance I calculated the real loss to be around $2000. My content is 100% original, everything from scripting to editing is done by me with no automation or reused content, yet I’m still not being told what exactly is wrong. Creators deserve proper explanations, not silence, and advertisers should know the truth about how situations like this are handled. @AnimeVersus_X @Aiden213213 @BENBROS @CubeDims @Famee_786 @jackazoo @lilyYtCreator @Meowbananacat @Stickz_YT @stategirlsyou @YBK1476702 @DeepHumor @TeamYouTube @farmer12rice @expertqq @DevBs217454 @ani_real1

"Inauthentic content." That's the only reason YouTube gave me for destroying something I spent months building. I'm 19 years old. I built @mortifyman from zero — 288K subscribers, 227M views. This wasn't just a hobby. This was how I supported my family. Every script I wrote myself. Every voiceover. Every animation. Every edit. Hundreds of hours of original work. And one day YouTube decided — with no warning, no specific reason, no flagged videos — that my content was "inauthentic." I appealed. Bot rejected me. I appealed again. Bot rejected me. I respectfully talk w/ Creator Support to tell me WHICH videos violated policy. Their answer: "that's the limit of what we can share." They are now withholding $11,000 of my earnings. Money I already earned. Money my family was counting on. I'm not a corporation. I'm a real person whose livelihood got taken away by an algorithm — with no explanation, no accountability, and no way to fight back. I even made a video showing exactly how I create my content. Everything is original. youtu.be/gYQQfUvTgtQ?si=xMmC… It's been 22 days. @TeamYouTube @NealMohan — is this really how you treat creators who dedicated their lives to building on your platform? Reinstate my channel. And they never respond to my message here on X.

I'm losing it. Mortify got hit with 'inauthentic content' and my appeal was shot down instantly — no explanation, no human eyes, nothing. Do I hold on or throw away months of work and rebuild from zero? Anyone been through this? @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @nealmohan
