WHY OUR EXPERIENCES SHOULD BE A LEARNING CURVE
Why is this happening to me?
We all have asked ourselves this question once or maybe more...
I mean some people could be special but when we fall into a trap of bad experiences we get this thought often.
A lot of us make the mistake of not giving the person the true respect and time (since we have an overarching pride).
Real connections are wanted by everyone.
But guess what, they take time and respect to turn into something really special.
That's it.
I know it has been a long long time since I posted.
Hope that this will bring back my writing consistency.
Thanks for reading (if you are still here haha🙂) and I really do hope that you got back something for the time you invested.
I was receiving a lot of messages about how to improve elbow ability and to be honest, in spite of knowing the elbow protocols,
I was being lazy and was not implementing them in my workouts
This thread should serve us all as a group to give our elbows the much needed attention:
