Sure! If by “winning “ we mean losing union jobs, aligning with Chinese propaganda, and making it harder for Americans to do email, banking, telehealth, remote work, streaming, e-commerce and other services they use every day.

While some focus on what could go wrong with AI, stories like this show what can go right. Meta’s donation of Ray-Ban Meta glasses to blind veterans will help them navigate the world more independently and confidently. Thank you @Meta 🇺🇸
Honored to announce that @Meta will donate Ray-Ban Meta glasses to every blind veteran in America to thank them for their sacrifices to our country.  It was really a pleasure to make this announcement alongside @danawhite as he continues to make veterans’ causes a priority.

Credit where it’s due. @RepLoriTrahan is doing what voters want: bringing people together to solve hard problems. More of this please.
AI is moving faster than Washington, and that has to change. I released a bipartisan discussion draft to create a federal AI strategy that will keep the most powerful AI models safe, protect American workers and make sure our innovators lead the world. I want to get this right, which is why I’m calling for folks to provide their input: GAAIA@mail.house.gov

USA is in a tech race with China. So why copy the same EU model that produced fewer world class companies, less innovation, less investment, and slower growth? In World Cup terms, what a massive own goal. Reject AICOA and focus on keeping America the global innovation leader.
It’s true what you’ve heard! AICOA is back and the coalition that helped defeat the Big Tech competition bill last time is already firing hard against it too

New AICOA... same problems. @LawEconCenter's @geoffmanne argues the latest version of the bill reiterates the same deeply flawed economic assumptions as its predecessors. His statement below.

Policies have consequences. Because of EU overregulation, European consumers will miss out on a more advanced Siri, AI writing tools, Visual Intelligence, and other new AI features. If I were a European consumer, I’d be irate. People want to live in today’s world, not a museum.

People seem shocked that Scorsese is using AI. This is the same director who pioneered Steadicam (that Goodfellas nightclub tracking shot!) digital effects, and streaming distribution. Great artists don’t fear innovation. They use it to push the boundaries of what’s possible.

I've spent years building toward this moment. The Clarity Act is the most consequential financial legislation of this generation and we are going to get it done.

There is a lot of AI doomerism out there but the negatives are far overstated and the positives are barely mentions. It’s already improving our lives and we’re just beginning to see benefits: saving on medicine, mortgage processing, fraud detection. But for all the democrats embracing big government and pushing for to take a stake… if you hate Donald Trump, why would you want the federal government controlling AI?

Is this the AI-driven job apocalypse I’ve been hearing so much about? At some point the Doomers & their many followers will have to admit that productivity-enhancing innovation creates jobs & broad-based prosperity not the opposite - just like the loom, the engine, & the PC.
Just In: The U.S. economy added 172,000 jobs in May, above expectations of 80,000. The unemployment rate held steady at 4.3%.

If we don't pass the Clarity Act this Congress, we are handing the future of digital finance to jurisdictions that do not share our values.

The countries that win in AI won’t be the ones with the most regulation. They’ll be the ones where innovators and policymakers actually sit down and talk to each other. Thank you @haddadmedia @WashingtonAINet for bringing together the people building our AI future 🇺🇸🚀

Reps @JayObernolte and @RepLoriTrahan deserve credit for a good-faith, bipartisan effort at national AI legislation. If we want more members of Congress to engage like this, we as citizens need to encoruage it. Hyperbolic reactions to a discussion draft have the opposite effect.

This two pager is so full of errors and misstatements I'm starting to think @americans4ri isn't a good faith actor. Just start with the fact that CARS AND PLANES HAVE FEDERAL SAFETY STANDARDS THAT PREEMPT STATE LAW.
Countering AI harms happens at the pre-deployment level. You test cars before they're on the road, and planes before they take off. Here's why broad preemption of pre-deployment state laws fails. Two-pager: ari.us/wp-content/uploads/20…

The @JayObernolte & @RepLoriTrahan AI discussion draft helps advance the conversation and we look forward to working with both sponsors and other stakeholders in Congress to ensure innovator perspectives help guide and shape policies that strengthen American AI leadership.

America answers the call. President Trump challenged us to deliver advanced reactors by our 250th anniversary, and today we’re already crossing a historic milestone — the first commercial non-light-water reactor gone critical in the U.S. in more than 40 years. This is what American ingenuity and determination look like. The nuclear renaissance is here.
