As I tell my five year old, pointing out wrong behavior is not an attack. This poast does not seem to be very gracious toward members in good standing of our federation, let alone “abounding” in “grace.” It also seems to run plainly contrary to the comments and assurances made by delegates at the URCNA Synod that the statement would not be used to discipline members or officers. Further, the statement adopted does not mention ethnonationalism, which is not defined in our federation even if the statement were amended to include it. Guess we’ll have to catch up at the 2028 Synod and hope the “precise definitions” won’t take another two years as brother De Rooy alluded, though I’m sure if the committee can’t decide if they should speak of the “white race” or “identify[ing] as white” we could be waiting awhile. Godspeed and have a blessed Sabbath.
CN responses to our synod in the URCNA this week justify every action we took against Ethnonationalism, and any future actions that we will take. Public attacks against our ministers only serves to validate our actions and bolsters our resolve to excercise the keys of the kingdom against those who hold to these views.

Aaron De Boer of Bethany Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARP) in Mount Baker, WA addressed the URCNA Synod as well. If you believe anything that Christians born 100 years ago believed, you too can be accused of being strange and online. @DutchPresby did AI write this statement as well?

Aaron De Boer of Bethany Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church (ARP) in Mount Baker, WA addressed the 2026 URCNA Synod as well. One cannot underestimate the self-importance of most “clergy-people” today.

I marvel that the URC would adopt the ARP statement when we have zero appeals or disciplinary cases involving “racism”, “kinism”, or “race realism” but we do have active appeals against ordained office bearers watching porn & sexually gratifying themselves in our church offices.

You guys ever been going through a hard time when bro shows up with ten pounds of brisket and an encouraging word? Praise God. "A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity." Proverbs 17.17 KJV

I find Alan Strange’s hollering from the back of the room at the URCNA Synod to be highly irregular and odd behavior. Was this type of coaching through the overture common at all the Synodical and General Assembly meetings that adopted @WVPitt’s retarded ARP statement so far? One part of my appeal is going to center around how the adoption of this statement has inverted our CO towards Episcopalianism and not Consistorialism, as it has been since 1996.

Bill Boekestein of Immanuel Fellowship Church (URC) in Kalamazoo, MI asked the @OrthodoxPC delegates Alan Strange (MARS Seminary) and John Nymann of All Saints OPC in Suffolk, VA if the statement is amended or altered would that satisfy the demands of NAPARC and other churches to join with them in adopting the ridiculous ARP statement. Nymann suggested we could in a sense say we are joining in spirit as a body, but not technically. Unfortunately, Alan Strange could not be bothered to saunter up to the microphone from the seat he was holding down in the back of the room so he just hollered at our Synod.

Eric Luth, Clerk of Cornerstone URC (London, ON) effectively shut down further attempts to amend the ARP statement so as not to bind the consciences of the good men in our federation. The chair advised him it was unwise to do so, Eric recognized many others desired to speak further, but did not seem to care. Too bad.

Bill Godfrey of Christ United Reformed Church in Santee, CA seems to suggest that the devil is projecting a Christian Nationalist, race realist, kinist delusion into the minds of young men particularly to keep URC & NAPARC pulpits vacant. I’m not reading too much into this am I?

“There is an evil abroad and it is creeping into the minds and hearts of your young men in particular. I think the devil knows if he can take the young men particularly, he can afflict the churches.” —Bill Godfrey of Christ United Reformed Church in Santee, California

Bill Godfrey of Christ United Reformed Church in Santee, California emotes about the need to stand with the ARP in affirming the unclear and non-sensical ARP statement. He is concerned for the young men being targeted and radicalized by these teachings (they are never defined), especially because we have so many vacant pulpits and ministers aging out of the ministry. I’m sure the 26,000 children murdered in their mother’s womb this week during “pride month” appreciate this bold, powerful, articulate stand against the real issues of the day… they boogeyman of undefined “rAyCiSm”.

Gerben Meijer of the Reformed Churches in South Africa (Gereformeerde Kerke in Suid-Afrika) said he believes “rAyCySm” is an Arminian doctrine. Does anyone know if Gerben Meijer holds to the Belhar Confession by chance? Why are men outside of our federation speaking to issues at our Synod, or is it just the good ole’ boy system at work? Because much of the clerical class are only capable of looking at every issue through the lens of their Marxist, (usually government) education, they can’t even define these terms from the Bible. Where did anyone at the center of these debates in the URC or NAPARC ever claim other races shouldn’t receive the gospel? “Discrimination?” Do you mean that like Ruth Bader Ginsburg… or the Canons of Dort? It seems easy to swing at strawmen.

Bruce Backensto of the RPCNA addresses the URCNA Synod & asks for prayer for the quandary they’ve put themselves in regarding the perplexing decision to depose & excommunicate his “friend” @ket38111, and what to do with his appeal against their judgment.

Brian Lee of Christ Reformed Church (URC) in Washington, D.C. says many people will never darken the door of Reformed churches because the perception is they’re full of anti-Semites or raycysts who are slandering the name of Christ. Apparently he thinks 99% of the activity on X is just Chinese bots anyways, so Synod should adopt and avow the ARP statement to show the world we’re egalitarians, just like they are.

Chris Coleman of Peace United Reformed Church (Vancouver, Washington) thinks the URC needed to adopt the ARP statement, contrary to our CO, because “It is an issue in our churches.” I guess that depends on what your definition of “it” is.

Greg Bylsma of Living Water Reformed Church (URC) in Brantford, ON emotes on the floor of the URC Synod saying, “Once it’s here… we have to do something… we need to say something positively about this now that it’s before us.” He goes on to acknowledge “it’s not a good statement.” The justification to adopt the bad statement which is not consonant with our CO, the three forms, or Scripture ultimately comes down to linking arms with NAPARC in their folly. “The report will be the URCNA Synod was asked to make a statement against racism and they did not do so.” You’re right URCNA Synod 2026, with all of the problems in Canada, not the least of which is MAID, homicidal foreign invaders, 40 week abortions, et al. we’re really glad you’re out here to do something to combat “rAyCiSm.”
