In my company, we decided to switch to full Flutter after:
- years of native
- years of React Native features in the native app
- uncountable PoC for KMP
- different feats made with Flutter (add-to-app)

Native vs RN vs Flutter
- If you want a fully native feel, go native
- If you want cross-platform and still feel "native", go with React Native
- If you want cross-platform and you have your own design and don't care about looking native, go with Flutter
I like to have a fully unified look and my own design, so I build with Flutter I'm really fast with it due to my experience, hot reload etc
