Reorganizing government structures doesn't automatically improve service delivery.
It seems this gov would rather reorganize an org chart than address what's actually preventing vulnerable people from accessing support.

ICYMI: BC is considering merging the Ministry of Social Development into the Ministry of Children and Family Development to try and knock down silos in service delivery. Would be a massive merger of two large ministries with vulnerable clients.
