ALT Poster titled “Have you needed Emergency Care?” “About the Survey”: The survey explores what shapes decisions about seeking care from a hospital emergency department and how people experience the environment and interactions within it. It uses a neurodiversity-informed approach and particularly welcomes responses from autistic, ADHD, dyslexic or dyspraxic adults, whether formally diagnosed or self-identified, alongside people who identify as neurotypical. The aim is to understand patterns and needs across diverse experiences and inform how emergency care services can better support a wide range of people. “Who can take part”: You can take part if you are 18 or over, live in the UK, and have needed emergency healthcare, whether you attended an emergency department or not. “How to take part”: The survey takes approximately 15 minutes, depending on how much you choose to share.
