Took two years to build. This satellite chaser was put to the test this weekend during #ARRLFD

The Epstein scandal, not merely in its revelations but in the calculated redactions, coordinated silence, and decades of concealed wrongdoing, has illuminated a fundamental reality of our society: There are the rulers and there are the ruled. Abuse of power by the most powerful does not have consequences...

New Years Day sucks as a holiday. I feel much more connected to something like the winter solstice than I do to some arbitrary Gregorian calendar date.

Progress! Found the brake solenoids and working out position feedback circuit. I was lucky enough to find a five phase motor controller on eBay but who knows if it will work 🤷‍♂️

Picked up this x-y mount with no nameplate, no documentation, no information. Was controlling a six foot dish inside a radome. These are five phase motors with the windings in star configuration. 2.25 ohm coils. I'm not sure if these are stepper or synchronous motors, or what voltage/current this should run on. If this looks familiar, please let me know so I don't have to open the motor casings up.

Generative AI meets RF circuit design = game changer • Passive networks tailored by diffusion models. • Specify stop-band/pass-band; AI does the rest. • Pixel patterns are not intuitive to electrical response. Designs getting more abstract. Prepare for a cognitive shift.

msn.com/en-us/news/technolog… Space is no longer the final frontier—it’s the newest operational domain of warfare. China’s orbital “kill mesh” makes it a critical and mostly unobserved battlespace. Civilian space observers matter now more than ever. #SpaceWarfare #OSINT #SatTracking

KrakenRF fieldtrip. Hunting jammers, different setups, i also working on a better way to mount the array on my car, having just a glas roof makes things a bit tricky. Maybe suction cups of some sort, has anyone some ideas? #seekOnJam #hacker #maker #sdr #cyberdeck #cyberwarfare

#meshtastic is a beautiful thing. Solar node installed on Box Mountain this weekend by yours truly. Station G2 and 8 dB gain antenna. I can get it up higher if someone wants to donate money for a rigger.

#meshtastic Station G2 hopping up to NH from Central CT with just 4 watts. Amazing piece of hardware.

I once had co-worker read me the riot act for not verifying every single character of a program's checksum after I loaded it. I had only glanced at few bytes. I know he was operationally correct (aerospace system) but damnit, I was probabilistically correct.

Happy 104th birthday to one of the greatest science fiction writers of all times, Isaac Asimov! Books like 'Foundation' paved the path for the evolution of sci-fi genre we see today. He was truly a remarkable braniac.

Did you know? The Copeland-Erdős constant is formed by concatenating all prime numbers: 0.235711131719… 🧮 It’s proven to be normal in base 10, meaning every possible digit sequence eventually appears! #MathFacts #NumberTheory

That means that if you assign a numeric value to each letter of the alphabet, everything that has ever been written or will be written is contained somewhere within this constant.

But if you search really hard for the rest of your life, even with a super computer, you'll probably never find anything meaningful. You might as well just be generating random numbers.
