Call me crazy, but there are too many pieces here for this to be a coincidence. Look at the trajectory of Michael Flynn, Steve Bannon, Joe Kent, Tulsi Gabbard, Candace Owens, Tucker Carlson, MTG, Megyn Kelly, Kash Patel, Rudy Giuliani, Pam Bondi, Anna Paulina Luna, Nancy Mace, Matt Gaetz, Mike Pence, and Mike Pompeo. These people were all once the loudest voices for the “Pro-West, Pro-Israel” establishment, but there’s a pattern here that’s hard to ignore. Rudy Giuliani went from “America’s Mayor” to lobbying for Turkey and advocating for a terror group, the MEK. Candace Owens was once a staple of conservative pro-Israel media; she knew the landscape, yet now she has emerged as one of the leading antisemitic voices, pushing rhetoric that has even her former allies sounding the alarm. MTG shifted from staunch Zionism to rhetoric that sounds more extreme than the Ayatollahs. Tucker Carlson transitioned from a standard neoconservative to a mouthpiece for some of the most isolationist and divisive narratives in the country. Even Mike Pence and Mike Pompeo, who still claim the “Pro-Israel” mantle, are being actively paid and advocating for that same terror group, the MEK. Kash Patel and Pam Bondi—both worked as lobbyists for Qatar, and both seem to go out of their way to avoid even saying the word “Islam.” Michael Flynn moved from high-level intelligence to “Catholics for Catholics” and peddling what looks like low-grade foreign propaganda. Steve Bannon was always a grifter, but he flipped the switch on almost every core issue. A lot of these 180s just make zero sense as normal “changes of heart.” Especially the ones with clear, documented paydays attached — the MEK gigs, the Qatar consulting contracts, the Turkey lobbying. Those deserve real scrutiny, not shrugs. I’m not claiming some grand conspiracy with proof in hand… but the pattern is too clean to ignore. Coincidence? Or something a lot darker? What? So, Vance is protecting the Islamic world by not being open and honest with Americans? What a tool and lightweight.
JD Vance on why they haven’t released the text of the MOU: “There are sensitivities that exist in the Arab and Muslim world…”

⭕️ Seeing so many posts from good folks who say that VP Vance going to the Megyn Kelly show is a slap in the face for them after they spent months defending Trump from the woke right. My take is that Trump knows the deal is horrible, so they’ll go to anyone who gives them good press. Right now, the good folks who defended him no longer count.
⭕️ It looks like the woke right are the only ones who are happy with the Iran deal; knowing Trump, it will not be long until he appears on Tucker Carlson's show and praises Megyn Kelly. My predication

Most Republicans probably didn't have "Trump Becomes Obama" on their Bingo cards yet here we are.
For me, it’s déjà vu because it reminds me of 2015, when President Obama negotiated the JCPOA, the nuclear deal with Iran. Israel was also iced out of that negotiation. The United States did not share the details of those negotiations with Israel at the time, and here it appears to be happening again.

Are Americans who objected to Biden’s abrupt pull out of Afghanistan also ‘neocons’ who “wanted keep going until every bomb was dropped?” The VP’s attacks on Republicans questioning the endgame of Operation Epic Fury are destructive to party unity.
🚨WATCH: VP Vance attacks anyone who opposes the deal on the Megyn Kelly Show. BTW, this was also aired on Russian TV

JUST IN 🔴 A provision passed by Congress in 2024 could complicate parts of the Iran MOU. After the Trump administration formally determined that the IRGC was involved in drone attacks on Americans, the law effectively blocks removing the IRGC from the FTO list for 4 years. Trump can waive the restriction on national security grounds, but convincing Republicans to support removing the IRGC from the terror list would be a major political challenge. @AndrewDesiderio/ Punchbowl

This is what is going to happen in the near and long term. If I’m wrong I’ll take my cyber beating but I wouldn’t bet on it. Short term: Trump outlines all the things Iran must do to get the grab-bag of goodies on offer. This allows him to call every unflattering report on the deal to be ‘fake news,’ cos ya know, Iran totally has to comply with everything we said. Mid term: Iran makes small overtures toward compliance, enough for Trump to boast about the ‘art of the deal.’ None of these overtures will be anything close to nuclear disarmament but they’ll fit within the Trump spin cycle, which will be all he needs to run out the clock on his term so that it can be someone else’s problem. Long term: A Democrat wins 2028 and the Iranian regime knows it’s home free, probably forever, or at least until Jesus disabuses them of their 12th Imam hopes.

The fastest way to guarantee endless conflict is to let the enemy survive with leverage and call the pause “peace.” That is Vance’s mistake. He thinks the Iranian regime wants normalcy. It wants its objectives. Economic relief and recognition don’t moderate that. They just finance the next round.
Vance told groyper Megyn Kelly that "hawks" "don't have an alternative" and "they're proposing an endless conflict. They want this to go on until every bomb has been dropped or until every Iranian is dead." Not since Obama has a politician been this adept at destroying strawmen and misrepresenting his opponents' positions. Most "hawks" want the Iranians to be alive and free rather than under the boot of the Islamist regime he's so chummy with. It's his capitulation that creates "endless" conflict.

Vance managed to improve on Obama’s Iran deal a decade later by doubling the sum from $150 billion to $300 billion.
Iran was on its last legs and ready to collapse until the U.S. came along and gave it a life-line in the form of the Iran Deal: $150 billion

Watching @TheFive on @FoxNews try to launder Vance’s Iran spin was genuinely insulting. @DanaPerino knows better. She was a White House press secretary. Her first question was real — and then, conveniently, there was no time for the obvious follow-up that mattered. Jesse did not ask a question. He just made up provisions of the agreement that apparently do not exist. Greg Gutfeld helpfully explained that the details of the agreement "are tedious." I mean, who cares about the details of a Jihadi death cult developing nuclear weapons who scream "Death to America?" And when @JessicaTarlov asked one of several key questions — whether Gulf money has already transferred to Iran — Vance flatly misled the audience. This is the Twilight Zone. They are asking us to applaud a deal we cannot read, trust terms they will not publish, and believe surrogates who cannot explain what is actually in it. If it is so great, release the MoU. Vance's explanation that we can't because Qatar and Pakistan don't want us to should make your blood boil.
Vance's explanation on @FoxNews The Five for why they haven't released the MoU publicly is because Qatar and Pakistan asked us to. So their state-run news outlets are releasing it but hey, we just can't because Qatar and Pakistan now wield a veto on our foreign policy and constitution. TOTALLY NORMAL!

All we are hearing from Vance and Trump now are lies, obfuscations, and semantic games. This is quite a turn.
"The US secretly approved a financial and maritime arrangement between #Qatar and #Iran, under which billions of dollars were paid to Tehran in exchange for free passage for Qatari tankers and ships through the Strait of Hormuz, three diplomatic officials now confirm." "The secret US approval, which the sources said was granted about a month ago, dovetailed with Doha's interest in opening a direct channel of communication with Tehran, which began to tighten after the ceasefire. Qatar, fearing a renewed Iranian attack on its facilities after one of its gas installations was attacked during the war, sought to buy security quiet." "Some of the payments were disguised as fees for tankers passing through Hormuz, and a broad credit line of up to $1 billion was also opened for the purchase of goods through Qatar." israelhayom.com/2026/06/15/t…

That would be a decent argument—if they didn’t already start the money spigot flowing. Once that’s done, Vance will say “well if we leave it, Iran won’t be bound by the agreement to not build nukes.” Which was Obama 2.0.
The strongest argument in favor of the MoU w/ Iran made by @megynkelly in conversation w/ @JDVance: the ease at which one could leave it: “You’ve already signed it. But it’s not like legally binding to where you can’t undo it. It’s a diplomatic agreement. So if people freak out and there’s an utter melt down here in the United States it could always be undone if you change your minds.” “Yea, exactly.” x.com/MegynKellyShow/status/…
