My headphones finally fell apart returning from #reInvent. My @Bose QC35-II lasted 5 years and 1/2 million miles in the air.

When someone has been helpful at a call centre and they say “is there anything else I can help you with” I always ask “what’s the most useful way for me to help you get a pay rise” and fairly often there’s a form or an email or something which takes 2 minutes and frankly why not?
