A year ago @coachpeki /@jaydenchk came to me with an idea.
He wanted an AI version of himself. Something his Valorant students could talk to at any hour, that would answer in his voice, citie his coaching content, and qualifying who actually wanted 1:1 work.
He told me that dev teams were quoting him $40,000 for just a coaching bot. The math didn't make sense. Not for him, not for any other coach trying to scale.
So I told him to give me a few weeks.
I'd been deep in LLM infrastructure for a while and had a hunch we could do this without the enterprise pricing. Build a system where you train it once on everything: your content, your SOPs, your voice, your offer. Then spin up as many agents as you want from that single brain.
Sales agent. Support agent. Onboarding agent. Community moderator. All sharing the same memory of how the business runs.
And critically: it had to learn from its own conversations. A static agent is dead weight because you have to keep spending time manually training and improving the responses. However, a self-improving agent is leverage that compounds on its own.

Peter Steinberger is joining OpenAI to drive the next generation of personal agents. He is a genius with a lot of amazing ideas about the future of very smart agents interacting with each other to do very useful things for people. We expect this will quickly become core to our product offerings.
OpenClaw will live in a foundation as an open source project that OpenAI will continue to support. The future is going to be extremely multi-agent and it's important to us to support open source as part of that.

90% of code today is written by AI. If a developer claims they don’t use it, don’t trust them. I see seniors deny AI in interviews to look "purist," only to admit using it later. Just be honest. Real seniority isn't ignoring the tools it's having the expertise to guide them this will make you even more valuable.. Don’t blindly trust the AI output, use your experience to audit and direct it.
