Last year, I found my Dad’s poll tax receipt among his papers. He kept it as a reminder of the barriers our family faced in voting.
58 years ago yesterday, the 24th Amendment outlawing poll taxes was ratified.

- K-12 mask mandate in VA schools (what happened to being pro-children?)
- VA Green House Gas Initiative (something he can’t do)
- CRT in public education (which he couldn’t define)
