Don't be completely consumed by thoughts. The present moment is absolute, perfect. Listen to them, watch them but don't let all your attention be drawn by thoughts. You don't need to go anywhere else if you truly recognise that this moment is perfect. Life is never not now. Don't let thoughts tell you what to do. Thoughts are lies. You don't need to believe them. You have the choice to disregard your thoughts by watching them keenly. In is the way out. Transcend the mind. Rise above thinking. Be still within.
