I wish the @SouthwestAir higher ups were forced to use their planes' wifi. It's good that it is free, because I'd be charging back the fee nearly every flight. The speeds are so slow I can't even text, let alone send a photo or actually try to browse the web.

hey @SouthwestAir, I'm all for the safety of passengers and crew, but what good are drink coupons that expire after the flight if the staff can't ever do a service during the flight? I miss the days of paper coupons.
I'm a current @SouthwestAir A-List Preferred & Companion pass holder. They've crossed so many boundaries lately that it no longer feels like the airline I grew to love and I'm looking for a new airline to call home. Who's got the best status match these days?
Then the fare structure change came. We went from 12 months for credit to no expiration to 6 months or less. The points earning is abysmal unless you choose business select, which I do do, but when I don't, I'm hardly earning anything.
In a nutshell, I've been very loyal to Southwest but it seems they're no longer loyal to me as a customer. I realize these tweets mean nothing which is why I'll express my opinion with my dollars. SWA is trying to appease 1 shareholder and it's going to cost them the company.

hey @metra why did the @metraUPW train just leave Elmhurst 4 minutes early? There were people scrambling to get to the train and it just left without us. It's an 813 train not 809 train.
Hey @canva Its really annoying trying to contact your customer support about login issues. The first thing the wizard does is ask me to login and won't let me skip the step. If I could login, I wouldn't need support in the first place. ðŸ«
