Haridwar : Toddler reunited with family 15 days after being abducted; 3 arrested.
According to SSP Haridwar Navneet Singh Bhullar, the abductors were identified by analysing CCTV footages at various places.
The police zeroed down on a couple who had links to an occultist.
They had come to the ghat to abduct a boy to sell it to another couple who wanted a male child.
