Since the Election, the Govt has cancelled plans to sell NatWest shares to the public & abandoned the British ISA. Now the PM has said that people with income from shares do not fit his definition of 'working people'.
Not sure they're as keen on retail investing as I am.

In July I published Retail Therapy with @CPSThinkTank, outlining various measures to get more people investing in stock and shares. I called for a new Tell Sid moment & suggested the Govt should sell its NatWest shares to individual investors - great to see these ideas picked up!
