#OTD in #2000 #Section28 was repealed in Scotland.
Section 28 was a clause of the Local Government Act 1988 banning ‘the promotion of homosexuality’.
It was repealed on 21 June 2000, one of the first pieces of legislation enacted by the devolved Scottish Parliament
