🚨 U.S. and Iran Reach Deal to End War, Trump and Pakistan Announce
The United States and Iran have reached a deal to end nearly four months of war, Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Trump announced Sunday, with Sharif adding, both sides have agreed to “the immediate and permanent termination of military operations on all fronts, including in Lebanon.”
🔸 Trump said the agreement was “complete” and said he was authorizing “the toll free opening of the Strait of Hormuz” and “the immediate removal of the United States Naval blockade.” “Ships of the World, start your engines. Let the oil flow!” he wrote.
🔸 Sharif, who thanked Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Türkiye for help with achieving the deal, said an official signing ceremony would be held Friday, June 19, in Switzerland, with pre-implementation meetings this week laying the groundwork.
🔸 The announcement comes hours after Israel’s strike on Beirut’s southern suburbs, which killed three and briefly threatened to derail the talks.
🔸 Iran has not officially confirmed: its Tasnim News agency said Iranian officials will in a few moments talk about the news and the memorandum of understanding.

في هذه الحرب من يقاتل بهدف النجاة لن ينجو، ومن يريد اتفاقا لمجرد الاتفاق، فلن يحصّل أفضل مما حصل عليه محمود عبّاس. هذه حرب طويلة بغض النظر عن فترات الاستراحة التي قد تظهر بين الفينة والأخرى، هي حرب وجودية، والحروب الوجودية لا تنتهي بابتسامات على الجانبين.

Israel Hayom reported that the US military has begun constructing a large base near the perimeter fence surrounding the Gaza Strip, close to the Re’im military base in the Gaza Envelope.
The facility is intended to serve as a combined military and civilian headquarters for international organizations and personnel operating in the area.
According to the report, the base may support implementation of what it described as the “Trump plan” and is expected to replace a multinational headquarters previously located in Kiryat Gat.
