Yeah...It's like saying the Pope is badly educated in religion. You can dislike Carney, criticize his decisions, but saying his education in Economics is such an enormous lie that it suspends disbelief. PHD from Oxford and BA and MA from Harvard. Recruited as Governor of a Central Bank by Britain, an historical precedent... PP, who needed almost 10 years to finish a BA, should skip the subject of education and its merits.
His attack turned back on himself like a boomerang.
