TBH, this is a fire illustration. What the text says, what the text means, and applying it in a way that listeners can understand and will remember, so they will apply it. All in under 2 minutes? Give me more of this in pulpits everywhere!

Learning anything takes training. You’re taught, corrected, and shaped until it becomes second nature. That’s what God’s Word is meant to do in your life. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 shows us that God’s Word isn’t just helpful, it’s essential. It teaches us what is true, confronts what is off, corrects our direction, and trains us to live in a way that honors and glorifies the Lord. What you believe doesn’t stay in your head; it shows up in your life.
