I'm taking the first huge step towards making this happen, and I'm working with a number of people and companies to put together a very thorough workshop series.
This year, I'll be working with experienced backend engineers in Nigeria to create content in various ways: workshops, blog posts, hackathons, and maybe a conference later this year.
There's so much of their experience we need in this country.
